End Dog Fouling Now
Government legislation must be introduced in order to create a canine DNA database in the UK. This would allow dog mess to be matched to individual dogs using samples of fur or saliva collected by a vet. Then, irresponsible owners could easily be traced and prosecuted under existing laws.
