Make it illegal for opinionated selection of scientific evidence in Legal cases
For too long has the personal belief or opinion of someone whom is in a position of political or legal stance prevented the human right, right to a fair trial, resulting in criminalisation of medicinal users. Being able to select which scientific evidence is considered fact is an abuse of power.
Governments and Legal professionals chose which scientific evidence their opinion or beliefs are convinced by, while creating gross miscarriages of justice and criminalising citizens because of there use of a recognised medicine, while going on to use scientific evidence , DNA, Blood tests, to persecute. The denial of scientific evidence is forcing genuine medicinal users to be discriminated as recreational drug abusers. Non medical or scientific professionals opinions should not matter.
