Boot Camp Alternative to Prison for Civil Disorder
Can this country afford to put all these arsonists and looters in prison? Or perhaps there is an alternative? Boot camps could be the answer. A six months term in a military run training camp, a cross between national service and community service for all ages. Through this, respect for society could be restored, and better citizens emerge with a stake in their own communities.
