Legalise Cannabis home use and home growing
Legalise the use of cannabis at home and allowing each house hold to grow 2-4 personal plants a year, however keeping the law as it stands to smoking in public places and selling cannabis.
The benefits of this include:
1) decrease crime figures relating to cannabis distribution
2)allow a person to avoid having to deal with people who supply cannabis on a large scale.
Cannabis is used daily and the amount distributed each year is extremely high if we give the people the option to grow their own cannabis at home it would be a major blow for drug dealers, cutting their income and potential investments in further illegal activities.
