Banding for NHS phlebotomist too low for the job they undertake
Phlebotomist are under paid for the job they undertake in hospitals in the UK.
Band 2 is too low a pay for the skilled role and risk taken by phlebotomist
Band two is two low a pay band for a phlebotomist when they risk coming into contact with infected blood.
