Stop the creation of additional peers to deliberately constrain the Hse of Lords

In light of the recent blocking of the Tax Credits Statutory Instrument the govt is reportedly considering creating >100 new Tory peers in a deliberate and flagrant attempt to influence future voting in the upper house.
This is flying in the face of the wishes of the people and must be stopped.
