Make Norfolk a Royal County
With the Queen and two future Kings residing in Norfolk, it should receive Royal County Status. Past Sovereigns have also passed away in the County and Diana Princess of Wales also grew up in Norfolk

The title ‘Royal’ is a privilege granted by the Queen. This action could not, therefore, be taken directly by the Government or Parliament.
You could start a petition calling on the Government to recommend to Her Majesty that she grant the title "Royal" to the county of Norfolk.
