Cap income and wealth - the current system of unlimited wealth promotes greed.
The current system of unlimited wealth and income promotes greed and is detrimental to entrepreneurial processes with many wealthy individuals not re-investing wealth in the system causing a depletion of funds for growth. Not having a cap is causing wealth gaps never seen in all of history.
