Increase level of NHS disciplinary policy from on balance to beyond reasonable doubt. All disciplinary panels should be independent of the Tust.
Many NHS staff are disciplined and sacked as a result of the statements of one or more staff giving statements against an individual they are never backed by dates, times or specific incidents.
The disciplinary panel should be independent of the trust involved to ensure a fair hearing.
The evidence must be beyond reasonable doubt rather than on probabilty.
For the Government to enshrine this in law
