Amend the Animal Welfare Act 2006 Section 32, to include the 4 points below

Petition Details

1 A minimum prison term of 2 years or a minimum fine of £5,000 to a max £20,000 or both.
2 A lifetime inclusion on a national animal abuse register, to be created

Additional Information

3 Life ban on owning being in charge of working with animals be supervised at all times whilst in the company of any animal when the situation arises where it cannot be avoided that an offender will be in close contact with any animal this includes private property public open spaces and buildings
4 Restitution of all vets costs and fees incurred for all treatment procedures and medicines to be paid by the guilty person this also includes all animal welfare/charity organisations costs & fees
