London's Tax Revenues to be spent on London.
London contributes more in Tax revenues than it receives as public spending.
The tax surplus generated by London is greater than the entire cost of Crossrail 2, but transport investment is always delayed.
It's time for Full Fiscal Autonomy.
London's tax revenues should be spent on London.

The capital is believed to have made a £34bn net contribution to the public purse during the 2013/14 fiscal year, according to data published by the Centre for Economics and Business Research.
The huge surplus is the highest amount since the global financial crisis, jumping from £28bn in 2012-13 and £11bn in 2009-10.
London's tax surplus is subsidising the rest of the UK, yet we have to wait for important transport upgrades.
