Stop the selling of fireworks for private displays for Nov 5th.
There is too many private displays of fireworks for two/three weeks before and after fireworks night. The majority of animals don't like the bangs of the fireworks, and turn into nervous wrecks for the wholeThe public displays only tend to happen the weekends around Nov 5th, so not as bad.
