Change legislation to deter illegal puppy breeding & puppy trafficking in the UK
This petition follows recent media coverage regarding illegal puppy farming and illegal puppy trafficking in the UK. With regards to the latter, Animal welfare officers have seen their caseloads rocket by 400 per cent in the past three years.
