Fine MP's who fall asleep whilst attending parliament a £250 flat rate.
Members of parliament are paid to look after the wellbeing and interests of their constituents whilst attending parliament. The public is appalled that so many MP's are caught napping whilst on duty. The general public are not permitted to sleep at work, and a flat fine of £250 is justified
