Do not pass the Investigatory Powers Bill. It is flawed and intrusive.
1. This new bill places too much power in the hands of too many minor functionaries.
2. I see no reason why HMRC needs this data to "protect" me.
3. It is disturbing that this violation of privacy could be instigated by a politician and would not solely be in the hands of the legal system.
