Don't send the rioters to prison Make them join the armed forces
We the people don't want to send the rioters to prison to live at the tax payers expence, instead make them serve in the armed forces at a reduced rate of pay so they can pay back the country by serving it, instead of full pay give them what they would get on JSA, this would teach them what community is and make them respect not only other people but themselves and their country.
