Bootcamps for all youth offenders
What is wrong with derelict army bases being used for bootcamps? Discipline is the missing link in today's society, and what was good for our young boys/men in the 1950's should be good enough for them now! 16-20 year olds with no direction in life would surely benefit from this action.
