Petition Action

Bring back £1 notes in England. A monetary note to take the value of £1.

Petition Details

The USA has the "1" in a note and coin form. It is useful to have notes, as coins are heavy in the wallet, and notes are much easier to use. It will also stop the need to rummage in the wallet to find a One pound coin, a note is faster to locate!

Additional Information

Having both will increase efficiency when standing in queues.

It will help tourists become more familiar with British currency.

It will allow people who prefer notes to use notes more: Notes are lighter than coins and not bulky in the wallet.
