Encourage contraception- prevent abortion and unwanted pregnancy

Additional Information

The government should offer incentives for forms of birth control such as implanon in order to reduce the unwanted pregnancy rate. A national campaign encouraging women to sign on to this type of contraceptives should be funded and incentives offered.

The possibility of making implant style contraceptiives mandatory for those under 21 as a condition for recieving benefits could also be debated although this likely takes thing too far due to the ethical implications of sterilisation of "the poor"
