Council rents and service charges

Additional Information

We request an investigation into the rent rise calculator being abused by social housing providers in deprived areas to increase council house rents to levels that working family's now qualify for housing benefit. We also request an investigation into service charges that housing providers `dream up` and apply to rent accounts with no prior written warning.
