Addicts to receive treatment rather than punishment for minor related offences.
Drug Addiction is a treatable condition. Drug treatment not only save lives and communities but prevents an estimated 4.9m crimes every year saving an estimated £960,000,000. Criminal Punishments cost society far more and our high re-offending rates among problem drug users prove they do not work.
