To refer to ISIS as Daesh in public and in all publicly accessible documents.
ISIS is referred to as Daesh, a term of insult, by those living in the Middle East who do not support them. It is also used by other European governments, including in France. Referring to the group as ISIS or Islamic State gives them an air of legitimacy they do not deserve.
