Strike action must be extended into Syria, due to the events in Paris - Nov 13th
Last night, November 13th, France suffered the worst attack since the Second World War and Europe since the 2004 Madrid bombings.127 people lost their lives and countless wounded over coordinated terrorist attacks in Paris. Islamic State have claimed responsibility and Britain has a duty to act.
David Cameron has made plans prior to this in order to extend our intervention into Syria. Currently the House of Commons has legislated bombing in Iraq. Yet before Cameron has attempted extending this campaign into Syria which was met by opposition that forced down the proposal. Cameron now wants to ensure that he can secure this proposal without opposition and to great discredit to his party. Can he promise to put aside party politics and defend our national security and make the proposals?
