Petition Details

Introduce minimum staffing levels in Hospitals to 4 qualified nurses and 4 Health care assistants, currently there are insufficient staffing levels in Wales leading to errors and poor care.

Additional Information

In South Wales hospital there are wards where there is only 2 qualified nurses and 2 HCSA's to look after 28 severely ill patients.

The NHS in Wales is the responsibility of the Welsh Government is responsible for in Wales. That means that the UK Government and Parliament can't take the action you're requesting in Wales.
