Petition Action

Suspended Adult Sentences for Under 18's

Additional Information

This petition is to ask the Government to change the law so that people classed as too young to be prosecuted can have suspended adult sentences that can be added to any further crimes when they are old enought to be prosecuted.

This is in the light of the recent riots where children as young as 11 are walking away from court scott free as "they cant do nothing to me as i'm too young"
