Benefit Entitlements For Non-Citizens
UK benefits should be reserved for British citizens; Non-citizens, while welcome in the UK subject to the various laws already enacted by Parliament should not be permitted to obtain ANY benefits; e.g. housing, child-benefit, income support, etc., unless and until they have been legally resident and tax registered and paying for not less than 5 years. Certain exemptions would apply such as asylum seekers, but my petition seeks to prevent non-citizens from obtain benefits without first having established themselves in the UK as taxpayers.
