the education sector is suffering badly and many children across the country are not getting places in schools in their area

Hello,
Now i would like to start off with why I am writing this petition. my younger brother is seven years old and was due to start Year 3 this academic term. however since september the local council, Sandwell Metropolitan council have not found him a place in a school within the sandwell area. his education is getting severly affected. We have written to the council on many occasions, but to no avail please help us by signing this petition so the government adresses this issue
