It must be made a criminal offence to wear a mask in public
There is no justification whatsoever for wearing a mask in public ,and anyone doing so is obviously up to no good.It should therefore it should be made illegal to wear a mask in public.It must be made a criminal offence to do so as soon as possible,with severe penalties.
