Award the Dickens Medal to 'Diesel' The French Police Dog
Diesel was A Heroic French police dog the seven-year-old Belgian shepherd dog, or Malinois was killed by ISIS cowards during a major counter-terror operation in the northern Parisian suburb of Saint-Denis.
