Ban fireworks for public use and keep them strictly for licensed displays only
the affect of the noise on animals should be considered as animal cruelty. if indoor pets are affected by it then wildlife will be affected much more, also due to the rise of incidents involving youths harming animals using fireworks for ''fun'' THIS SHOULD BE DEBATED!!!
the majority of pet owners will claim to have their pets affected (tormented by STRESS & FEAR) due to the sound of explosions...
