Government to state that 18-20% of police time is on crime when talking budgets

Petition Details

The Government have, and continue to reduce police budgets by massive amounts. When questioned they state that crime is falling so not as many police officers are required but fail to mention that only about 18-20% of police time is spent dealing with crime.
