Allow a 5 month trial of televised 3pm kick off football matches

Currently TV companies can't show 3pm kick offs of UK football matches. All though this will possibly have minimal affect to attendances. Allowing period of say January until the seasons end in May as a trial where these factors can be monitored.

Additional Information

Ireland have just changed this rule to allow Sky to show 3pm ko's of UK games. Allowing the UK to trial a temporary one game each weekend. May help crowd control as some games are changed for TV purposes for later KO's leaving people more time to consume alcohol. It will help local pubs by being able to show more football will increase income and then taxes
