SCRAP THE HUMAN RIGHTS ACT, DATA PROTECTION ACT ALONG WITH OTHER UNWORKABLE ACTS.
Currently the Human Rights Act along with the Data Protection Act are being wrongly used and helping criminals to avoid prosecution or hindering investigations, these acts need to be suspended and completely rewritten, with the emphasis on the victims of crime and the aiding of assistance to all, not hinderance.
To further this there must be proper consultation with public, not the whims of those who see a quick buck.
