That we the Country & Citizens of the UK call upon the Prime Minister & his Government to ask a Judge to form an independant enquiry into the causes and ways the London & country wide riots and disturbances could have been handled or dealt with more appropriately.

Giving the Judge wide spreading powers as laid out in the Inquiries Act of 2005
