All officials with significant sway in public/government affairs should act as exemplars of society, being of unquestionable moral standing.
To deter against corruption and to help ensure public confidence, all of their financial assets, earnings and expenses should be subject to public scrutiny.

To avoid these issues, all holdings of public officials, and their immediate family and financial associates, should be transparently made available to the public within a reasonable time frame (less than a year delay), all undeclared assets to be unquestionably donated to aid the countries finances in order to ensure honesty.
