SCRAP THE BBC TV LICENCE IN IT'S CURRENT FORM.
The BBC TV licence is out-dated and should be scrapped in it's current form, the fee is to expensive and the system used is un-fair, it should be supported via advertising or a subscription, users should be able to opt-In or out, It should be a free choice, not mandatory.
