Every dog should be microchipped & live GPS tracked by law

Petition Details

My dog escaped from the lead. He has been microchipped but no way of getting him back until he is scanned by a vet or kennels - whereas if he had been GPS tracked I would know his exact location to where he is now. So no one will ever lose a dog again.
