Food not money to the Poor in Africa, handed out by our troops and stop corrupt politicians getting richer.

Additional Information

It's about time Africa's starving received aid instead of it being taken by corrupt country leaders and soldiers. Send our army over there to hand it out personally to them to make sure they are looked after. Maybe send birth control to them too.
