Introduce a statue of limitations on non-violent and white collar crimes.
Almost every other country has a statue of limitations (i.e. the USA etc.) and its wrong and servers no purpose to prosecute people decades after they committed the "offence" and have properly changed there ways.
This will save people from being reported long after the "offence" has happened out of spite. While any crime is serious I think making a mistake on a forum or any white collar offence/non-viloent should have time limited on it. As while the victim of this can still be humiliated but they can start civl proceedings to reclaimed there loss (if any).
Research has shown that victims of sexual abuse take longer to come forward, so there should be no limit on this.
