Make over crowding on trains a criminal offence for train operators.

Petition Details

Every day trains in the uk are taking more people than there is seats or safe standing area for, currently the is no law on how many people can travel within a train over seating capacity. This is a danger to passengers with unsafe & cramped travelling conditions with no safe route to any exits
