Petition Details

Make it law for people who own dogs to get a licence,this will stop backyard breeding,untrained dogs attacking other dogs and rescue centres being full of unwanted dogs

Additional Information

We feel that if you need a license to own a dog it will stop our four legged freinds being in the wrong hands and stop 1000's of dogs being put to sleep as unwanted pets,it will also stop dog attacks as licenses should only be given to responsible owners who train there dogs
