Stop legalised looting by the Financial Sector

Additional Information

Debate whether speculative and exotic instruments are necessary, and if the benefits outweigh the damage caused.

At present, these are used to "loot", in all but name, the wealth of nations and peoples.

This results in money stolen into the hands of a few. A law in place does not make theft alright.

Wealth and privilege must be earned, and not obtained by gambling, and on speculative plays on other peoples monies.
