End the discrimination of tattoos and body modifications in the work place.
In a number of cases men and women are scrutinised and judged for having a tattoo or any type of piercing, this makes it more challenging for a person to get a job.
I would have it that it be illegal to make an individual cover their tattoos (unless offensive) or remove body modifications (unless for food hygiene and/or safety reasons) in the workplace. Or to discriminate against an individual in any way based on tattoos or body modifications, which is let's be honest simply someone's appearance!
