Let's be the change we wish to see and get meditation taught in schools

Got to be worth a try isn't it ?
The benefits of meditation are far reaching bud sadly only really explored when we reach adulthood, in some cases as a last resort
The internet is full of articles to back this up but reach deep down inside yourself and think for a moment could this be worth a try?
