Conscription for those useless to society
Many people in the Uk are a drain on resources,while contributing little to society.
The recent riots shows that these types of people have "nothing better to do"..
I think we should re-enstate conscription for anyone caught in the riots, or unemployed people with little or no qualifications. This would not only increase the size of our armed forces(making it eisier to prevent these situations from occuring again) but it would provide those people with jobs, food and shelter.
