Restrictions on amount of houses one person can buy.
Many people are buying more than one house and flat to rent out which is increasing the prices of houses. It is very hard for first time buyers as it is. Restrictions should be made to the amount of houses/flats people can buy.
As soon as new builds go up people are already buying them to rent out which means first time buyers are losing out.
