block immigrants from the uk unless they provide substantial benefit
With the current crisis in France the uk borders will be closed for persons who do not add significant benefit to the uk similar to that of Australia. This will lower terrorist risk
Although Donald trump goes too far many people agree with the principal that if people do not wish to live with British values then they should not be in the uk. If they can add value to the uk regardless of colour, gender or religion let them in as long as they abide by our values
