Criminal records need to be cleared of the computer data base but kept on paper..in order to allow true 100% rehabilitation.. in order for ex offender's to live a gd healthy life to be able to get a decent paid job..and not live on benefits

Rehabilitation is ment to be getting bk into society to live a normal life..but how can you with a record over ya head that no one will allow you to forget..your ment to forget that life in the past not relive it
