Payback and Build Back

Additional Information

All people convicted of rioting, violence, looting, robbery, arson, etc., should actively participate in rebuilding those communities through building apprenticeships, youth and community work and shop work, etc.

They should receive benefits only and only if they complete their term of paying back.

On completing their term they should realise the destruction and devastation they have caused and they will have learnt valuable skills to help them get a job and ultimately integrate into society.
