Enshrine Smoker's rights in Law

Additional Information

A petition to recognise smokers as a legitimate minority group whose rights and traditions should be protected by law;

to enshrine in law the rights of smokers and to make persecution of them by political or legal means illegal.

It is the intrinsic right of people to choose whether to smoke or not and to congregate in a building with those who share their hobby.

Once government can tell you what you can and can't do with your own body, governmnent has crossed the line from being the servant of the people to the master of the people.
